Jan Hagenkötter a music-lover, producer and DJ released 2017 the Saigon Supersound Compilation Vol.1 as part of series that tells the story of a musical era in Vietnam that was almost lost. The so-called “Golden Music” period in the south of Vietnam, where – under difficult circumstances – a lively pop culture had developed and disappeared after the Vietnam war ended.
